I'm Amber, founder of TeacherWell.

"TeacherWell is my love letter to every educator out there.

For more than 18 years, it’s been my mission to advocate for educators through leadership. Leadership that was designed to highlight the human-side of those we lead.

We’ve been fed this idea that we must feel exhausted and stressed as a right of passage toward being an incredible educator.

Through my work, I crave a way to change the narrative about education on a national level, with something that sparks excitement for the profession, and develops grit from within each of us.

I hope TeacherWell encourages both teachers and administrators to reach new heights for themselves, their students, and their school."
